Advanced Pilates Classes

As in most disciplines, in Pilates training too there is always further to go – most exercises have a number of levels of difficulty that increasingly challenge balance and control. In thiese, Pilates exercises are not unlike acrobatics or gymnastics. Unfortunately, many Pilates studios shy away from teaching the more advanced exercises. But there are safe ways to build up to them and I love teaching advanced Pilates!
Athletes and dancers especially value the role that advanced Pilates exercises can play in the prevention of or the recovery from surgery or injury.
But you have to be neither of those - It's always very thrilling when a client discovers that she or he can do more than they thought, when they take the next step into deeper strength and greater control.
