Whether or not you have any particular issues or physical problems, Pilates exercises can help you to obtain a better posture and a more efficient use of your body in all your activities, particularly in sports. Many well-trained people have a surprisingly weak stomach and tight lower back and it is exactly those conditions that Pilates training adresses so well. And it is fun! While always being safe and in control, you will have the opportunity in every Pilates session to practise positions and movements that we tend to use less and less as we age – rolling on your back, being upside down, and many more, movements that keep the brain young and increase your confidence in your own ability to keep developing physically and mentally.
